What a gem of a restaurant. Top class but not stuffy at all. Service was wonderful. Make sure you don’t miss this place and definitely don’t miss out on the creme brûlée!

This was the last dinner of our holidays and it was absolutely gorgeous. The service was great and the food was excellent. This is a comment from food lover parents and two teenagers. The early bird menu is really good value for money!

Sooo disappointed in my meal last night at the courthouse. I had been looking forward to it for over a year and wow did it disappoint. Ordered the aubergine starter and it was cold, the warm chicken salad wasn't edible. Drenched in balsamic vinegar and...oil and I just didn't have the heart to say anything as my mum had taken me out and didn't want to be ungreatful. My fish was full of bones and it sat on a very tastless spinach leaves. Nothing was tasty or flavoursome. My mum didn't complain but afterwards she said her chicken was lacking flavour and she too agreed that our meal could have been soo much better. I have been numberous times to the courthouse over the last 5 years and in my opinion it's not the same courthouse I know and I don't intend to go back anytime soon again. Overall very very disappointedMore

In a week where we ate in many of the local restaurants this was the star of the show. A wonderful setting with classy decor and table settings. The food was spectacular. Perfect portions filled with the best food and flavours. Service was so professional...and helpful. Another visit guaranteed soon.More

Had a beautiful meal here while on business a few years back. The ghost scared the living s**t out of me though. I’d go back again.

Ghost comment completely irrelevant and unfounded. We also have not been operational since December 23rd. 2020 Obviously not us.

Visited The Courthouse this evening. Difficult times with everything due to lockdown again soon. Everything was perfect as always. Always worth a visit.

Visited Courthouse last night after a few people recommended the place. I was so glad my husband and I did that on our last day in Bundoran. The restaurant is small but charming, Kelly is a great and friendly professional who even shared some of...her local knowledge telling me about the Drumshanbo gin made near there. Roberta, Brazilian like me, was great too. The food was impeccable. So delicious and well presented. We especially enjoyed the tasty breads and chickpea soup as tasters. Nice touch! Great Sauvignon Blanca too. Can't wait to go back to another visit.More

Party of six dined here last Saturday. The food service, presentation and wine were all outstanding. Steaks were so tender and the fish and chicken dishes were perfectly cooked. The staff were so helpful and excellent social distancing in place. Would highly recommend this restaurant

Yesterday my family ordered four different options from the new takeaway only menu which was started as part of the covid 19 restrictions. All four dishes were exceptional and we're as fresh and beautiful as if we were eating them in the restaurant. I had...the clam pasta and I refused to taste anyone elses dish (not that they were offering) as I didn't want it to contaminate the most amazing taste with it's beautiful subtle salty backdrop. I will literally treat myself to this menu every weekend it is available. Super stuff!More

Responding to Covid-19 restrictions, the restaurant has just started offering a take-away service with a menu featuring selections from the house specialities. We had Fillet of Chicken with Parma Ham and White Wine Sauce served with chips. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender and...the ham and sauce beautifully savoury. The chips, too, were delicious. We also bought a bottle of white wine which was chilled and ready to drink with our meal, and was very nice indeed. Ordering was easy. I was given a time-slot for collection and everything was ready when I arrived. The take-away containers protected the contents and appear to be recyclable. The food was hot and stayed hot until I got it home and plated. A very satisfying meal which put smiles on our faces despite the strange conditions we are living through.More
