Very friendly staff, lovely food.
Fine selection of local produce with some excellent beers.
Had the burger.........it melts in your mouth. Not usually a lover of chips but they were only gorgeous boy!
We visited Budds one sunny Sunday afternoon. It was completely full but they managed to find us a seat quite quickly.
The menu was varied and interesting.
When our food arrived it was fresh and piping hot
Dessert and coffees followed. A good choice of...both available.
Highly recommended however booking advisable.More
What can I say ? This place really doesn’t disappoint . Series cooking going on in the kitchen, beautiful food with great attention to detail . Even the kids food is imaginative and delicious . Wonderful spot - just go !
Nearly didn’t stop and what a waste that would have been! Food is a cut above, everything homemade even the baked beans and seaweed butter! Male front of house staff was very welcoming too Definitely will return
Every aspect of our meal at this restaurant was perfect. Location, ambience, service, food and wine!
Service was efficient, friendly and prompt. Lovely decor and despite Covid table-distancing there was a buzz in the room. The food was seriously amazing! Delicious free aperitifs of mini...soups in a shot glass and potato/basil mini tartlets (I think) Some of us even used our fingers to get the last scrapings from the shot glass! Main courses were completely scrumptious, a feast for all the taste buds! Two of us got steak and I had aubergine wraps, yummy! We drank a delicious Grenache wine and craft beer. Dessert was fabulous, I had brownie & ice cream. Meant to take more photos. I highly recommend! Two courses €30, three €40. Go treat yourselves!More
Met friends for coffee (excellent) at 11ish and returned at 4pm for late lunch after a long walk. Beautiful local food, fresh and interesting, something to suit all ages well worth the visit. A trip to west cork would not be the same without stopping...in BuddsMore
