Looks like a local hangout for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Went for lunch, only a few minutes from office. Ordered Bangus (deboned milkfish) and eggs because it is a breakfast item (breakfast served all day). Good food. Took a while for order due to post...More

Great place to go for early morning breakfast after a long flight from China. I enjoyed it better than I expected and the atmosphere was perfect for friends and family.

Always friendly and clean service. Food is a little expensive, but portions are large and easy to share. Favorites are the Shirley's fried rice, of course, and sweet N sour pork. Ice tea is good too.

Service is horrible. I was asking a few questions to our server and her responses were, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, what else?" Seriously? Later, while we were eating, the servers were standing around mingling while our cups were sitting empty. Mind you, there were maybe 6-7...More

Shirley's is where Chamorrros go to eat! The portions are huge, the food is tasty; what more could you ask for? The fried rice is legendary, definitely enough for two people, and my favorite is the selection of omlettes. As you can tell, it is...More

It was the only place on the entire island lacking parking spots, as it shared the building with Century Hotel. Comparable to a Denny’s, the menu had a good selection of Filipino and Chamorro dishes along with a thorough breakfast section available all day. While...More

Me and my friends always come to Shirley's for a late night dinner. Food is always awesome and sizzling hot just the way I like it. Price is fair for the huge portion you get. Parking though at both locations need to be fixed.

Shirley's Coffee Shop opened its doors in January 1983 at the Downtown Hotel in Hagatna, Guam. It was Mama Shirley's dream to combine Chinese and American food into a satisfying menu. The tastes and personalities of the customers who come through Shirley's Coffee Shop doors are as different as their shoe sizes, but they all have on thing in common: they enjoy the best tasting combination of Oriental and American cooking for which Shirley's is famous for. We invite you to come and bring your friends for a tasty treat that you will remember. Shirley's Coffee Shop is acclaimed to have the best fried rice, pancakes, and omelets on Guam and Saipan by some very important people... our customers.
