Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Kids had great fun at the activity centre climbing and on the zip trek. Stopped for dinner. Pizza was good and a fair price, the vegan option wasn't great though. The pizza seemed a bit underdone and the courgettes on top pale and unappealing. . Pizza and an identical salad version of the pizza are the only vegan options available and no desert options at all. Staff were reallynpleasent, though service was a bit slow to be honest as the restaurant was near empty. With the doors wedged open it was a bit cold too. Will be back for the play areas and perhaps for kids dinner, but would need a few more additions to the menu if I was coming for dinner myself.

I had a Friday night dinner in the amazing spot with 2 friends. Firstly the location is cool and quirky with zip lines and food trucks, kinda like The Electric Picnic without the mud. We chose the sharing board with lovely local cheeses and cured meats, dips and breads and it was delicious with enough for the 3 of us. We had seafood tagliatelli to follow with some excellent Sauv Blanc. In addition we got the chance to chat with David one of the family who run the place and I am confident that this place will take off now that they have fully opend after C19 and are no longer take away only. Great spot for families with kids of all ages as they are all catered for and bound to be a big hit with the corporates with the escape rooms. Cool grounds too.

Had a lovely takeaway lunch from here today. Great safe set up for such a busy spot 👏 The gluten free wrap was delicious and my husband said the chicken wings were the best he’s had in a long time 👏 We also had the pizzas a few weeks ago which were also delicious. Keep up the great work well done 👏

Shown to a table by the manager who has no personality or manner and then left sitting for a lengthy period before we had to get up and call someone to take our order. The service is dreadful and I am speaking as someone who has been there previously but the kids love the play area. The food is very good I have no complaints there but again ordered coffee eventually and it came cold after probably sitting for a while not picked up after it was made. Manager is clearly not doing his job.

Great restaurant - had lunch outside 2adults and 2kids. The restaurant was so busy but we were seated promptly. Menu choices were plentiful and the food was good quality and tasty. The staff are just amazing, they were rushed off their feet but stayed calm and pleasant to everyone (even the very large group who insisted on sitting at the uncleared table even though the wait staff requested they wait until it was cleared!) Our waitress was very helpful and kind to our children. She didn’t have a name badge on but had black plaited hair and she played a blinder with multitasking!

Ate here after a busy day doing the activities. We got pizzas, chips and loaded chips. The pizzas were very tasty but a little overpriced I feel. The chips however were not too our taste. Cut extremely thin so too crunchy for us. My son who is chip mad didn't eat much of them. I got the bacon and cheese ones. Lots of bacon but the cheese was just one big melted pile stuck together so didn't really cover the chips. Extremely overpriced for them. Overall the food was ok but pricy for what you get

Visited with kids and friends over mid term. Had booked a table thankfully as the place was full. Waited at the door in a line for 10 minutes at least before we were shown a table. Waited a long time for someone to come and take the order. In the end I had to go and find a waitress to come over to us. This happened to us the last time we were here also. The order was eventually taken and all the food that came was really great. The service from the waitress was good but the problem is it seems understaffed. It was mid term so the place was particularly busy. Prices are expensive but I think that's parr for the course these days. Eating out is very expensive especially with kids included ! We will be back no doubt next time we are in galway.

Edel was our server and she was excellent. We had two children in our party and she took time to connect with them, talked to them and made them feel very welcome. We had a few questions about the specials and she answered them. The food was delicious, delivered hot to the table. Edel was attentive to our drink status as well. Highly recommend.

How in the name of the wee man can it be nearly €15 for a ciabatta WITHOUT fries. We used to go here a lot when first opened to support new local business but sadly it’s just too crazy expensive. Went this time as pal wanted to see it but there are definitely better value places.

Food was good but it got cold very quickly. The restaurant was freezing!! Everyone there were eating with their coats and hats on. Kids were freezing even with their winter coats on. It wasn’t busy but staff didn’t come near us once we were given our food. So disappointed overall.

We had a lovely lunch today. 3 adults and 4 children. Food was so tasty. I had the roast of the day ciabatta with dipping gravy. Excellent. It is a bit pricey (everything is nowadays) but great quality. A special word of thanks to Edel for the top-class service. Will definitely be back.

Nice place but food is just reheated in a microwave. My issue if that there was a dude not eating out drinking, sat down with a cigarette while kids around and people eating. Told the manager but he couldn’t care less
