We then asked for pasta with pistachio,... More

As he patiently explained our chef, caponata had not gone bad, as has been noted even by customers seated next to you who have enjoyed generous portions, and the taste that she felt and did not like was VINEGAR! which is one of the basic ingredients of the Sicilian caponata, she obviously thought he had chosen some other dish; in... there are no words to describe the beauty of this volcano. The Eruption was breathtaking! the best walk of the trip. The view from the top was overwhelming.....a lot of people too! took both ways, the north side from Linguaglossa and the south from Nicolosi. 2 sides of the same Park so different between them.

In the heart of Sicily, the best and modern hospitality combined with a unique tradition. A hotel, with all the amenities you would expect, in a wonderfully overview of 'Etna. The hotel also has a convenient parking lot for cars. The happy location, you can achieve in a very short time, the Etna, the ski slopes and beautiful countries that surround it loads of culture and handicrafts such as strawberries to Maletto, a Maniace peaches, asparagus wild in the forests of Etna , Black pig Nebrodi Nebrodi in the park, local cheeses such as the prestigious house of provola .. The area where it is located, is well served by motorway networks and public transportation that will allow you to reach easily in beauty and historical and artistic works that are in other Sicilian provinces. The hotel has excellent cuisine based on typical mushrooms, asparagus, black pig Nebrodi, pistachios of Bronte and offers menus that may well defined "marathons on the culinary tastes of Etna." The hotel is within easy reach of many routes Naturist (Plan of crickets Minardi-mountain, Mount excavation, upstream Maletto, Gurrida trail, lake trearie, etc. fortress Calanna.) Traveled on foot or by mountain bike for those who appreciate the nature and uncontaminated of our volcano. The Park Hotel is located continues to Bronte (which in 1860 was the scene of a violent popular uprising then repressed by Garibaldi.) Bronte, with the surroundings and immense feud with the title Duke of Bronte, was donated by Ferdinand III of Bourbon to Horatio Nelson, in sign of gratitude for the help received by Admiral during the repression of the motions of Naples 1799.
