This is a very special place - like a trip down in history when it comes to the setting, but with wonderfully modern cuisine and willingness to adapt to allergic guests. I am definitely planning to return. (Sastamala hosts an early music festival in the summer, meaning that you need to book ahead if planning to visit the restaurant during the festival.)

Good food, nice service. Kids friendly fine dinning place, even with small kids. Downstairs sitting has lake view, upstairs is only attic with no window in one dining hall.

Wonderful atmosphere of old times in this bautifully renovated mansion - the priesthous of Tyrvää. Food is exclusively fine(dining) but you may also drop in for a cup of tea or coffee. Chec out all the nice events there are for this summer and also round the year.

Tyrvään pappila has been renovated on 2017 carefully and with style.
It is so beautiful house with wonderful surrounding, you could just spend the evening wondering around the rooms. That is ok to do between the dishes.
We went there for a friday night meal, this time it was Korean tastes night.
What an pleasure!
Don't mind the little amount of info in english on the net, they'll serve you well when you get there!!

The old patronage transformed to a stylish restaurant with a garden and lake view. Second time here and this time at the brunch; nothing with wow! 5-points feeling but everything with good quality (at the first visit they offered one wow-portion).
