I'm not a food critic, but the paella I had here was just incredible. I still think about it two months later. We managed to get a table for seven without a reservation – but that was just pure luck. Once we were seated, we...More

We came here to avoid our buffet dinner in our hotel (which would be really fine, but not with local spirit). A romantic candle light dinner awaited us with an superb Paella, before Trempo, a local light salad. Busy place but humorous waiters...

Lovely interior, the garden roof needs something doing with it, Paella was really tasty, maybe sat in the pan a little to long, and a little bit over done towards the end, sangria was nice, staff were excellent. Would recommend.

Due to very high rankings and positive reviews, our expectations were very high (due to limited amount of time we are visiting only top ranked places). But reality was poor. Service was slow and poor. When asked for suggestions, or signature dishes, typical answer: everything...More

Spotted the restaurant reviewed on Trip Advisor. Made a reservation by phone at 5:30 for 8:00 that night. So glad we did, we dined in the cool courtyard. Many couples were trying for a table on spec and were being turned away. We had an...More

Well, got a bit sceptical reading all the good comments? But I must admit, this place is a must go, I know the paella is not a local fish, but there I got to eat the best one so far (apart from the mom's ;)...More

I worked in Alcúdia in the mid-nineties and was happy to find the restaurant is still there. It is still extremely cozy and nice - the Majorcan food is delicious and prices are really reasonable. We had sopas mallorquinas and tumbet for starters, and the...More

There are other more traditional rice based dishes in Mallorca. You can get good paella on the island but it is a bit like a visitor to Kent asking who has the best haggis or Cornish pasties

The architecture of the restaurant is typical of the Mallorcan Middle Ages with high ceilings and arches, while its interior features antiques and museum pieces. Enjoy its menu sitting next to the fireplace in winter or in the courtyard in summer. The restaurant specialises in Mallorcan food and uses the freshest seasonal ingredients, although it also offers a vegetarian menu, special dishes for celiacs and a children?s menu. The menu is accompanied by a wide range of Spanish wines, with emphasis on Mallorca and Cavas.
