Great menu, always changing. Everything very good. Have eaten here a few times. Have eaten pigs ear[Delicious], wonderful Lemon Sole, best garlic potatoes. Wonderful service.

I had a lovely dinner at Purple Onion after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was very friendly. The menu had many good choices and the food was excellent.

Fabulous Nice Sized Portion Of Slow Braised Featherblade Beef With Pepper Sauce On A Bed Of Well Seasoned Mash Served with a mushroom topped with onion marmalade. Served by a very courteous & attentive staff member. Great Food! Great Value! Will definitely be back!
