Great spot for late night drinks. We sat so very close to the rocks on the beach. The drinks are reasonably priced and you can order food from the nearby restaurants. The atmosphere is very chilled and you can relax with the cool sea breeze, the sound of the waves breaking around you and your interest piqued by the diversity... More

Best location on Kata beach. Beers cheap, service good and music gets you in the mood. Great vantage spot to check out the view of Kata beach looking north. Very funky!

Its a small place with limited drinks. Its literally a handcart full of alcohol with no food options. There is no wifi also. On the positive side, it is a chill place with good reggae music playing all day long and it view is that of facing the side of the beach i.e. you are looking at the beach perpendicularly... More

Ska bar was not what i expected to be. It is small, cramp and uncomfortable. The seats are just stools and some are benches. However, it is by the beach, its windy, the place is not cosy but the wind makes it feels cosy, the view is nice and its quiet and peaceful if you go at night.

I guess all water from hotels goes right to the sea and that water line is passing near to the bar. Atmosphere is good but toilet smell is terrible. Also I asked to mix sambuca with something but barmen refused to do so.
