Roadside pub with parking. Called in for Sunday lunch with wife. Delicious food, prompt and very friendly service. Decor a little tired in places but wouldn't hesitate in returning if in the area.

Met friends who were staying close. Two of us are 6ft4in and had to seriously duck throughout due to original low ceilings and beams. Landlady was very warm and friendly as we're the staff. Table service was good but the food was great. Proper fare,...More

Curry night is Mondays. I haven't been to one of those yet, but knowing the Cottage Inn, the standard will be excellent. I'm sure they'll have a gluten-free option, but check.
