My friend and I had ordered salmon soup as soon as the lunch time at 12 o'clock started. Since we were not informed about the long waiting time, we thought we would get our soup relatively quickly. It was probably ready in the pot. We...waited at the table with a glass of water for 25 min. after which I went to inquire where our soups were staying. I got the answer that the restaurant is busy because of 200 diners (they were upstairs, where there was a lunch buffet. We were downstairs, where there was space.) This male person promised to check the status of our order. We waited another ten minutes, then went to ask for our money back because we had to move on. The man behind the counter snapped that don't we know that you always have to wait in an ala carte restaurant and disappeared from the scene. The female person behind the counter started serving the second customer behind us. In the end we finally got our money back. What we experienced was really terrible customer service.More

A cozy place in the Fiskars village. Food was ok. We sat inside, but I would recommend place on the terrace, it was gorgeous!
