Excellent tasting food from fresh incredients. Different Salads and meats, fish and chicken all with great taste. Not so traditional dishes but with great taste combinations.

The food was good and fresh. There were interesting combinations of foods, like berries and garlic, but they’re worked very well together. The meat dishes were very good. The restaurant was very nice and fresh and a lovely place to eat. A lot of child...friendly dishes. The service was okay. They were a bit too quick to remove our plates and the baby chair while our child was on the potty. Also there was no potty so we had to go out to the car. But overall it was a very good experience. Would definitely recommend!More
The greenhouse restaurant is a restaurant in a greenhouse! Fantastic experience with lovely high quality food surrounded by plants and trees. The area of Närpes is famous for its greenhouse industry and this restaurant so this restaurant concept is spot on. We had the Christmas...buffet which was divine. Lots of traditional dishes with a modern twist. Sumptuous desserts to finish of the meal. Great value considering the range of dishes and the quality.More
Enter the glasshouse, admire the different plants like palm-, banana-, olive- etc trees, take a seat under one of them and choose your selection of tapas from a 2x A4 list. Then enjoy the mouthwatering, delicious portions ( 5-6 will fill you). Great experience, friendly...staff, VERY GOOD alcohol free sangria (I was the driver 🤓). Pre-reservation required. I understood that this tapas list is only available short time. Don't miss it!More
We had luch here yesterday with friends who knew the place already. It was a hot day and so the atmosphere was like in a foreign country: tropical both inside and outside. Fresh salads and fruit, chicken, pulled pork and salmon as main courses and...tomato & cucumber ice to choose from as dessert. I would go back any day and you should visit this place, too. It is worth travelling some greater distance to have this unique experience. YUMMY is to the word to describe this buffet lunc. I bet you have never tried strawberries marinated in garlic...More
The environment is friendly and the food fresh and unique. The restaurant is in a green house and it belongs to one of the biggest tomate green house in the area. They use the tomatoes and cucumbers they plant in the green house. You should...try the strawberries with garlic and the tomato and cucumber ice cream.More
This place is absolutely amazing. Came here with extended family members and we all had the buffet. The freshest vegetables, fruit and produce you can imagine - from the local farms (I assume?) directly to your plate. You'll also be enjoying your meal amongst lush...green tree's, tomato bushes and citrus trees! Absolutely loved it and is worth an extended drive!More
I visited the restaurant for the summer lunch buffet in July 2018 with my mum who eats everything and my husband who is a vegetarian and gluten free. I’m also veggie myself. We all left the restaurant extremely satisfied and full. The food is absolutely...delicious, interesting and imaginative. There is also plenty of choice for people like us with dietary restrictions. Additionally, the lunch buffet is really good value for money and service was very friendly. I would recommend this to everyone, a must visit and unique experience!More
A lovely tropical garden where tasty lunch buffet is served. Delicious and different. I warmly recommend🍓🍓
This was a pleasant and unique experience dining in a greenhouse. The scent of orange and lime trees added to the light and airy atmosphere. Food is served buffet style and there is a good range of meat, fish and salad dishes, all quite deliciously...prepared in a Scandinavian/Finnish style. One salad involved a mix of strawberries and garlic. Not as ghastly as it sounds. The garlic was added not to overpower the strawberries so it worked OK. Altogether, this was a lovely meal in a pleasant setting. If you visit Ostrobothnia, then I highly recommend it.More
In a greenhouse where they grow there own herbs and flowers to use in all the salads etc they make. Many trees and plants all around. A large room and a greenhouse attached each with a buffet line. Many cold salads and dishes , and...if remember correctly only 3 hot dishes. 1 dessert and coffee, water and a low alcohol beer to drink (you get your own) The day we went maybe a half dozen cars, but 3 buses of mostly senior citizens. Glad we got there just before 12 and asked for a small table, not a long party one where they wanted to out us.More
Not for no reason, is this BRILLIANT eatery, ranked, by lonely planet, one of the TOP 16, Restaurant's in THE WHOLE of this Exciting Country. THRILLIST, ranked, this eatery, one of THE TOP, 2016, BUCKETLIST! Our experience, was in a word - Awesome....... Raw Garlic,...chopped very fine, mixed with Strawberry's, combined with Smoked Salmon and New Potatoes and IT WORKS!!! Yum!!! BEYOND YUM!!!!!! Did I mention, this whole Eatery, takes place, in a Working HotHouse!!!More
Dining in a green house can for sure be thought of as something different. The place is rather small so don't go expecting 40 acres of rows upon rows of tomatos, but it's large enough to seat a fair bit of people. The food was...nice with local stuff and some interensting surprises like strawberries served with chopped garlic (that actually worked for some strage reason) and tomato panna cotta (that was a bit unusual to say the least). It's an experience I'm glad to have but would I return? Probably not unless it would be to show it to someone but do go if you are into stuff that's a bit "diffrent". :)More
Usually I don´t review places twice, but this time I taught it would be a good thing, as I have completely changed my mind about this place. We went there for a lunch and I noticed the food was exactly and I say exactly the...same as when I went there a year ago. The menu had not changed, except the dessert. They had swapped the appalling tomato panna cotta for a cucumber panna cotta, which was edible though not a delicatessen. At a whopping 18 euros per person, which really does not even occur in Helsinki city centre, the menu should really be a little bit more varied. I have been there only twice, but mother in law being local has been several times and confirms no changes whatsoever. Moreover, these people own a greenhouse. The raw materials of the salad table should be mega fresh! Instead the salad seemed to be of the day before. What comes to the meat it was of a cheap cut, almost all fat only. The service is also nonexistent. I wonder when they will start asking for guests to wash the dishes for the 18 euros price.More
While we stayed in Narpes Finland with our Finnish friends they took us there for lunch. Normally I prefer to order from a menu in a restaurant because for me normally the buffets provide food without a lot a taste . But this was different....A large selection of flavorful foods. The restaurant was actually in a green house with lots of interesting plants.More
