Had a yummy lunch , great atmosphere and very friendly staff, could not fault it. Dogs welcome due to the layout of the tables you don't feel crowded. there is a very intimate feeling to the place even at lunchtime.

An absolutely hidden gem, a quaint county pub. Excellent food and service and quite good value. Will most certainly be returning

A great little find, dogs were very welcome- was busy for a Tuesday lunch time. Had a beautiful fresh lunch, friendly and attentive staff. We booked that day for an evening meal when my Mother in law visits, Can't wait to go back.

We visited here to celebrate my mother in laws' 80th Birthday. She is quite hard of hearing so we asked for a quiet table. The staff were superb and so helpful. The food was excellent and they made a great evening for our celebration.

Went here with some friends for dinner on a Tuesday evening. A very cozy restaurant, the decor is somewhat dark so I'm not sure I'd want to dine here on a warm summers evening. The restaurant wasn't very busy so service was prompt - perhaps...More

Was recommended by friends, and we were very lucky to get a table ( cancellation ). Really gorgeous olde world decor and the locals were so friendly! Food was excellent and portions were perfect. Spent a lovely cosy afternoon.
