My extended family spent two weeks in Ansouis the summer and absolutely loves Les Moissines. My husband, tween and I had lunch there and found the salads, pastas, omletttes and simple plates delicious. We returned 3 more times with various family members and each meal met with rave reviews across the board. We enjoyed cold crisp rose at all times.... More

Great spot to rest your legs if you are lucky enough to nab a table. The restaurant was booked for lunch but we were welcomed for a coffee. It was only a coffee with milk but very tasty for french coffee. The atmosphere is lovely.

With time to kill on our last day in Provence, we decided to visit the charming village of Ansouis. I had checked out some reviews beforehand and Les Moissines appeared to be a good bet for a leisurely lunch ... And it was. The views are lovely and we were given a very warm welcome. The food was not only... More

Salads, quiche, croques. Nothing fancy, but very tasty and prepared with care. I'll gladly return when we're in the vicinity!

This place is a dream come true! We returned for lunch FOUR times. Mostly salads and tartes, but so lovingly prepared and presented. The two terraces are both charming, the views outstanding, the food simple and superb, the service excellent. The lavender ice cream with hot chocolate fondant sauce is out of this world! And it's in a beautiful quiet medieval... More

We stopped by in Les Moissines just because we liked the view from their veranda, and it was time for lunch in Ansouis, but then we discovered that this small place is great! They have large portions of very tasty food - we took one plate of Moissines starters to share and it was really huge, big even for 2... More

Quaint little village we visited and had dinner at Les Moissines, the food was fresh and tasty although the menu is somewhat limited, the views are spectacular and the host was very obliging, and the prices reasonable, all in all, worth a visit.

In one of my morning bikerides in Provence I stopped in Ansouis and browsed throug the town. The following evening we stopped in Ansouis after following Tour de France.....ended in Les Moissines by accident. But how lucky we where when we could have a table....when the resturant was packed. This was only by pure service effort. And the dinner...wow.....and the... More

Lovely situation with far reaching views in this pretty medieval village. Host and his staff are friendly and attentive. We ordered a simple lunch, the assiette, I think it was called which consisted of two types of tapenade, green salad with dressing, a potato and tuna salad, two types of cheese, a slice of (delicious) just-baked quiche, tomatoes, a separate...
