We visited on a Saturday morning for a simple breakfast of poached egg on toast and a roll with sausage. It was not very busy but we waited for an hour for food that was ok, poached egg small and hard. I will not be returning.

Saturday lunch for husband and I. Fish, chips and peas and scampi chips and peas. Food ok, surroundings tired, staff friendly enough and prices reasonable. Would recommend if you are after a decent hot meal at a good price but don't expect good decorative order or comfortable furnishings.

Booked lunch for 2 . At 3pm arrived at 2.45 to find restraunt closed door locked. Banged on doors and was told they had to close as a member of staff went sick. And anyway they don't normally do sunday lunch at 3pm. Despite this being suggested by the person who answered the phone when I called to book. Not... More

A small Bistro type venue, that has a good menu and also the added bonus of live music events. This needs the support of customers as it is a real surprise and offers a really fun evening.

We did not realise Mulberry's had been taken over and had started doing meals some evenings so we booked for last friday with some friends. As Gary and Lisa had only just taken over, they ask if you could choose your main course before 1 p.m on the friday which was no problem, but that might make walking in off... More

I've visited here quite a lot recently, lovely welcoming owners, great fry up with nice produce. It's quite a little bohemian gem of an evening with live music acts on a Friday and various musical gatherings throughout the week where like minded people get together and play and or chat about music. Seem to make everyone welcome to join in... More

Gary made us very welcome! Nothing too difficult! He was very sweet and made us lovely quick lunch! Reasonable cost. Elderly mum negotiated to the garden toilets with a bit of help. All food was freshly prepared. Will revisit very soon! A great find!
