Pleasantly surprised being as Ive lived 10 mins away and this is the first time I've eaten here. It's lovely. Delicious steak. Generous servings, great staff.

We went there with two children. The Irish Beef hamburger was great and we enjoyed some nice pints too.

We had lunch here today. It's very reasonably priced, the staff were very nice and the few locals we bumped into all were friendly. However the meal was very average regardless of the price. If the chips were cooked any bit less they we could have put some butter on them and ate them as potatoes. The pub itself was... More

Went to Clancy's for their fish n chips. Friendly waitress seen us with a young baby and advised she would get a table ready with more room for our pram. Beautiful presented meal that tasted as good as it looked. Top marks, recommended.

Referred by our Old Bank B&B owner Miriam. It was a short walk a block to the Pub. The owner Euapha(pronounce eeefa) was a joy to talk to and she recommended the steak. It was delicious!!

Perfectly cooked steaks, and trust me i'm fussy, that are served on piping hot skillets. Friendly and welcoming staff that are happy to help with any, and every request. A great culinary treat in a popular local that will definitely be revisited. Thanks and well done!! A group of very satisfied customers from England 😊

The four of us stopped for a noon meal at Clancy's after visiting the Lough Gur site and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Not only was the meal (and beer!) fabulous, the pub decor and historical significance is simply astounding! We ordered the roast of the day (beef or lamb) and would highly recommend that - it was... Cold and tired last Friday 13th we stopped in Bruff and found clancys open. We both had bacon and cabbage and 2pints of Guinness. Have to say the bacon and cabbage I had was wonderful, the staff were very pleasant! Would definitely call again.

Nearing the end of a long journey across the country with small kids, we stopped at Clancys for a 'quick bite' to eat on a wet & cold Friday evening. We were in the market for some hot, wholesome pub food and I soon learned we were in the wrong place! Despite the presence of a stove, the pub was... More

Ate in here with a group of friends on a busy Saturday evening, the meal was superb. The six of us all had steak and each was cooked exactly as ordered, the steaks were large and served with an assortment of sides including mashed potatoes and chips. The staff are very friendly and experienced and the owner is a great... More
