Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Early on grey winter morning travelled to resolve a forlorn predicament in an area I rarely visit and later when comfort food was required found an unprepossessing café in this comfortable town. Bright room amiable ambience cheerful staff. Newspaper, food ordered, hot tea and toast...served instantly then the Full Irish that would put to shame the breakfast offerings of many so called five star establishments and believe me I mean what I say. Crisp freshly cooked food impeccably presented with a level of friendliness that eased the misery of a dismal day. I recommend this little place and perhaps there are those who might describe it as humble but like the proud town it stands in it has nothing to be humble about.More

As an American in Ireland I've had a hard time getting a really good cup of coffee. Thank goodness for Crumbs. 5 star coffee with excellent scones as a bonus. Coupled with friendly attentive service this is the perfect quick stop in Bruff.

Was meeting my wife for lunch and as it is in a village close to where we live, we decided to go there. Busy little cafe! We were there once before last year. Well, the food is good and tasty! I had their special of...the day, which was a Homemade Hamburger served with Homemade Chips, really nice salad and coleslaw. Yummy! It really hit the spot after a few hours on a motorbike. My wife had the BLT with the same chips, salad & coleslaw. She really enjoyed it and could not finish it as it was so big!. The service was with a smile. This place was a brilliant find and we will certainly be back!More
