Very tasty and fresh food accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere. We tried the seafood platter, local fresh fish (sea bream), baked goat steak, grilled halloumi. Do not hesitate to stop by this restaurant.
Great traditional food and excellent service the staff basically treats you as family. The prices are reasonable and you always get some extra with your order (garlic bread, watermelon etc.) But the best part is how nice they are!

Place where you feel welcome the moment you step in. It is run by a family and everyone has its role and are making sure guests are satisfied. It is modestly decorated but to not be discouraged by that. Food is tasty. We had fish,...it was fresh and nicely grilled and my husband and daughter had different varieties if lamb that was also tasty, especially slowly cooked one. Prices are very reasonable.More
We was challenged by chef to a culinary trip and discover Crete recipes in a mixture and explosions of tastes and feelings . We will return with pleasure at Krinos each time for a unique experience!
We love you!

A very nice place, great and very friendly staff. The food is absolutely delicious! Very big portions !! We were here 5 nights over our 2 week stay. 4 of the nights , the food was exceptional and 1 night it did not hit the mark but it was so good the other nights that I would not mark it down. The beef...stifado is a must and it comes with mash which works - dumbly with lovely tomato and onion sauce. Really enjoyed the drunken meat and the lamb kleftika and my wife loved the chicken dish with bacon sauce. Crina and her husband are excellent hosts who really make you feel welcome and spoilt. Lovely garlic bread and tzatziki on the house to start and lime desert and raki to finish on the house ( don’t start me on the Dracula raki that they gave my son and I on the last night - would stop a rhino at 100 metres !). Love this place and definitely will be back.More
From Crina’s welcoming smile to the well prepared and presented food served with real warmth and friendliness coupled with good value. This is my second visit in 5 days. Do stop by...ohh and the homemade limoncello at the end is the piece de la resistance
We visited Krinos after reading good reviews on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. The owners made a fuss of us and made us feel like old friends as soon as we arrived.
We had the baked haloumi and stuffed vine leaves for starters...with tzatziki and toasted bread also served....a nice touch. Both dishes were tasty well cooked and substantial.
After some friendly banter with the owners....who are from Transylvania, I have some friends on London from the region, we were brought some Transylvanian raki....they just left the bottle with us....amazing hospitality...be careful this stuff is rocket 🚀 fuel.
On to the mains I had chicken snitszel which was tasty and moist and my partner had grilled sprimp which were fresh and tasty....and still in their shell.
We were stuffed so no room for dessert but the owners brought us lemonchello and little lemon cakes too. Again fantastic warm hospitality that made us feel like old friends rather than paying customers.
Thanks so much for a wonderful evening guys...we will be back before we leave.More
