Boy, this is a tough one. The food here was pretty darn incredible. Every - single - item was delicious. The service was impeccable, and the price was completely within reason. But I have to have comfortable seating, decent lighting, and a pleasant atmosphere. This...place was like eating at an American fast food joint with hard seating and bright florescent lighting. The kind of place that wants you to eat and leave. Literally made me uncomfortable. I did see outside seating on a kind of deck, so if I go back, I'll probably go there.More

This was our first experience with Korean BBQ. It was wonderful!! James the owner was very gracious and staff was courteous and attentive. So much fun to try the different meats and sauces. Thank you for an unforgettable night!

Cool vibes at KOBQ. Very efficient and polite staff. Nicely spiced , zingy kimchi and signature meat cooked on the table..vegetarian gimbap and rameyeon dishes were tasty to. They have all traditional Korean dishes. We went for bbq. It was great food but mostly they had extensive kids entertainment so they could draw and even got some candy when we left! Just go if you are looking for great Korean food in Chiang...Mai.More

We speak English and got a server that was training and did not speak any English. There was another server trying to help but I definitely think there was miscommunication and we received below standard in service according to the reviews. We were also told...we could not order the BBQ because it was an hour before close and they could not guarantee extra meat. I said it was ok because it was an hour before closing and we made reservations so we would still like to order the BBQ. In my mind we would not be ordering a ton of meat anyways. We ordered 2 Korean Corn Dogs (skip those unless you want to just try something unusual) and one Korean BBQ and an order of Beef Bigoli Tacos (which were fantastic). We thought we would just share between the 3 of us. Unfortunately it was not explained that we would be charged for 3 Korean BBQ's and 2 other dishes. So our bill was more expensive then we expected. So now we have WAY TOO MUCH food and cant even begin to finish the meat that we did cook or cook the meat we did not cook. So we asked for a to go box. And was told they were not allowed. I can understand you do not want to encourage people to order extra meat for take home but in this case--all the food got thrown away. We really did not get to enjoy much of it because we got full on the corn dogs and the tacos. I really hated so much food got thrown away that we PAID for. It was not like I did not pay for 5 dishes and was not allowed to take any of it home. I felt like the service was way below the reviews and our table was SOOO crowded with dishes everywhere. The food tasted fantastic I just feel like we did not get to enjoy the experience especially for Christmas Eve.More

We love bbq's and were not dissapointed at all after our visit at KOBQ! The food and sides were tasty and the owner and staff very friendly and helpful. We sat outside and had the signature bbq buffet and some (very well priced) beers. It...was a lovely evening, we will visit again soon!More

Visited Dec 26, 2021. Great food with plenty of interesting side dishes and meat sauces. Beer was cold. Service was spot on. Shout out to Aong who greatly assisted me by explaining everything thoroughly and offering cooking assistance. Very attentive. Great value. I highly recommend...and I’ll certainly be back!More
