Last Oct 2015 my group and I had great breakfasts, though it was hard to get it served as early as it was supposed to be, and we also had some disgusting dinners. The fish dinners were pathetic at best. However, not everyone in my group had gross dinners. But the sunset specialty drinks were a delight, in their exquisite... More

Our road trip to Jemma's treehouse restaurant took an unexpected twist when we realised it was closed for the holiday weekend. However that was quickly overcome when Blue Waters intimate and scenic restaurant stood just 3 mins drive away. The food was superbly presented and the meals we sampled had its own Tobagonian flair to it. Both were delicious and... More

Very romantic atmosphere, created by the beach front view sea breezes and sumptuous food. Supported by friendly and accommodating staff and management makes a great venue for weddings

The Blue Waters Inn is beautifully located in a private bay very near Speyside. It and the restaurant offer a decent menu of delicious food, fresh and simply but well cooked. After a swim, it's a delight to sit on the terrace drink some wine and eat lunch.

Foods to try: Cassava fries, fried flying fish and the cole slaw. The rum punch is good and every is kissed by the sea breeze.

The staff here is so friendly and the food very good. While I'm not a huge fan of buffet dining, the holiday buffet meal on New Year's Eve was fantastic.

Big shouts to Jason James and Gailene ! Also the rest of the staff such as Juniper, Adeola and Erika. Miss you all loads! Buffalo wings are addictive - be warned Jason knows his tings! Best pigeon peas on the island, and I tried a few bean dishes to say the least. Mostly international food but they will make you... More
