Pulled in here for a break on the way up from Shannon. Was just in time for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Great food, good coffee, and a safe environment, given the current Covid restrictions. Would cope back again.

I stop here occasionally when passing through. I asked a local and this was where they recommended. Judging from the outside it doesn't look great - could do with a new sign and redesign... But inside it's lovely - quite surprising when you go through...the door. The food was top class and the service couldn't have been better - very fair prices too. Didn't wait too long and the food was nice and hot.More

Our group of three adults and three kids ate dinner here on Monday evening and we all enjoyed it so much that we returned the following night. The outdoor setting is lovely and airy and we felt safe from a covid control point of view,...in that it was not all fully enclosed like some establishments. The adults ate bruschetta, goats cheese salad, striploin steaks, steak burgers and all were delicious and substantial. The kids had chicken goujons with chips and pasta with garlic bread. Again all were polished off. For deserts the chocolate brownies were a huge hit as were the jelly and Ice cream. The food was unreal value. So I’d imagine we’ll be back again.More

I can’t praise the Bowers restaurant enough! A belated christening where we were greeted with smiles and food for the baby immediately. The staff were tremendously attentive and anticipated every need. The food was plentiful and beautifully presented. Empty plates all round. Thank you for...making a special day for me and my family all the more rememberable.More

Checked in for a 2 night stay and was warmly welcomed. Ate on site both nights and food was tasty. The home made brown bread with the soup was a particular highlight. Hand sanitiser available where needed and felt safe at all times. Enjoyed my...stay and would recommend.More
