Those pies are a must in our family. Whoever is going passed must bring lamb and mint and spinach and feta. Pineapple juice from Oakleys is also sold there.

We stopped over for lunch and cake at the Nanaga Farmstall and restaurant. What a lovely place to have a break during the drive from Port Elizabeth to the Karoo. Lovely home cooked food and a kidddies meal menu as well. Chocolate cake was so tasty and fresh. Home baked pies were excellent. Setting is typical Cape Dutch and there... More

We booked the conference/TV Bar for a meeting for 20 plus people and arranged for lunch to be served at 14.00, with the meals pre-ordered. The restaurant was very busy with tour busses, and with 3 busses arriving for lunch unannounced as well, but our meals were serve promptly at 14.00, with no errors in the orders, and with smiling,... One can not drive past Nanaga Farm stall without stopping for one of their famous pies - always exceptional - service is great as well. Looking forward to my next trip.

Easy access next to the N2, loads of parking. Great coffee. Shop has huge variety of stuff from gifts to snacks. Queue for paying is long, could be better to have an express checkout for customers buying coffee/pies. Restaurant was buffet only, not sure if this is now a permanent thing as previously it was a menu restaurant.

We have been here twice. Once before our Safari and once at the end included in the safari. The place itself is nice with a big ship for gifts, souvenirs and groceries. First time the food was rather ok, a burger and chicken schnitzel and the staff was not really motivated. Next time, the staff seemed to be even less... More

It was always a good stop for a pie and a coffee for me when going home, but I am more and more disappointing at the quality of goods, all seemed to be packaged for tourists and not so much for the locals anymore. But still a good stop for a coffee.

Stopped there for lunch before having a safari at Schotia. Service was friendly and helpful but the food unfortunately moderate.

The Nanaga Farmstall is a welcome stopping point for travellers of the N2, N10 and R72. To PE locals it is a PE institution.... It consists of a restaurant and shop, plus toilets and ATM.... The main draw card are the freshly made Pies, that are legendary. One can also buy various eats and refreshments including the recently added coffee... More

Biltong was rubbish. Pies were excellent and enjoying the catapult. Farm store is good, large selection and a good place to stop close to PE
