Comically small steak, hard chipolata sausages, soggy chips, over boiled peas made for a really disappointing mixed grill, which is such a shame. Food here has really gone down hill badly. Really nice venue though, hope it gets better because we've previously had way better food here.

Wales in February can be wet and cold but this little find of a pub was excellent and welcoming. Very friendly staff and the good food quality. I am old enough to recall the days when pubs were centres of their communities: places for locals of every stripe to meet and talk, and where visitors were made to feel welcome. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. Until quite by accident I walked through the door of The Harp Inn. An amazing collection of people passed in front... More

Called for a few beers and lunch after a long walk, ordered a hot steak baguette with onions, and a bacon with welsh brie baguette, came with chips and salad, just what we wanted. Hot fresh & tasty It would appear this is the only pub for miles, but we really enjoyed it. Lovely landlady too, chatted loads. We went... More
