I visited for the third time in three weeks, with a group of friends for breakfast and we all said that it is consistently the best breakfast in Rickmansworth. Well cooked, quality ingredients, lovely presentation and the award winning sour dough toast ! It was...More

Fantastic cakes, yummy waffles and really friendly service. Get there before 12 to enjoy a fabulous breakfast/brunch. Great place to meet friends or get in a few hours' independent study away from home. There is even a patio area if you want to bring the...More

Lovely food and drinks. Cinnamon square buns are to die for!!! Only thing they can improve on is service is very slow (it's worth the wait) but a couple of times myself and my boyfriend have been left waiting. Need more staff on the floor...More

Hello Thank you for visiting us and for the lovely comments. Our building is over 400 years old and indeed very quaint. If it was one big spacious shell it would be so much easier to operate, less crowded but very dull! Hope to see...More

On the surface this has all the makings of something excellent. Very boutique style in it's set up, proudly displaying a host of awards at the front of the shop; clearly they do something right. On the other hand though, service was slow... we had...More

Lovely cosy cafe, perfect for a hot chocolate away from the rain! Lovely staff & nice atmosphere. I've heard the cakes are amazing too!

I designed something a little different for a birthday cake - using the smaller cakes - brownies and rocky roads etc all piled high and drizzled with chocolate. They delivered exactly what I had imagined. Delighted!!

The food from this place is incredible, the buns are a must try and great as a take away service. However this particular experience we ate in and the service was unbelievably slow and the savory items ordered (although delicious) were neither worth the wait...More

It's a real shame. Food is good, but the service is zero. Saturday afternoon, waited 20 minutes to order (2 coffees and 2 cakes) and 40 minutes to get anything. No check to see how we were doing. Real shame. Improve your service!More

Dear Mark I'm sorry for the wait time. We were exceptionally busy on this Saturday and we currently have a few new members of staff (which should have been evident from their training stickers). They should of course be checking on the tables which I...More
