My boyfriend and I have been here several times and will continue to eat here. The title of my review is slightly ambiguous as I want to give a realistic review of the place: so here is our experience of The Tamarind Thai. If we...More

My wife and I have been using this restaurant for over 10 years and have never had cause to complain. Every visit we make, we make it clear that we are vegetarian and that means no seafood, no fish and no oyster sauce in any...More

Love this place. Food better than all the local Thai restaurants I've tried and staff much friendlier. And price wise very reasonable. We are regulars already...

Absolutely love it here. They have customer service, good food and good prices. You couldn't ask for better authentic food. One of the waitress' is absolutely hilarious, she makes going such a laugh and I absolutely recommend going here for dinner literally whenever or whatever...More

A basic restaurant but the food speaks for itself - a quick service but fresh delicious food. Maybe not the type of place for a posh romantic meal but for great food it's defo the place to go! - 100%!!!!

I booked a table for 2 at Tamarind Thai because I wanted to say 'Thank You' to my wife for supporting me in my cycling hobby. Not is their food the best in Rickmansworth, but their wines are well chosen and reasonably priced.

No I don't think so. This is a very busy little cafe/restaurant. The ambience is basic but pleasing and the food exceptional. I would hesitate to want to take a small baby or child there as room is at a premium. Not saying... More

Quit the diet for one night and enjoy one of the best Thai restaurants around! Seriously though, if you speak to the owner Sasima , she will give you ideas for less rich dishes. Thai food isnt that fattening anyway.
