We were looking for somewhere to stop, and this looked appealing from the outside and the inside did not let it down. We were able to have small portions, which was nice as weneeded something and not a full meal. The beer was very nice. Next time we are that way we shall call in.

Stopped here on the way back from Bath. Nice selection of bar foods and main meals. Fish and chips were really good and nicely cooked. Seating area outside was lovely in the sunshine.

Called in here for lunch. Very good lunch. We all had the specials. The trout was particularly delicious and low fat. The others in the party had the chicken chasseur which was also excellent.

Staff friendly and efficient, menus varied and very reasonably priced. Food served quickly and tasted great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if we are ever back in... More
