Very delicious food - especially the tuna salad and the pizza - with a very friendly italian owner. During day time it is also a bakery.

They open early, i.e. at 6.30am. Because of this, my wife got a really good espresso every morning before we went diving in Coiba. The Cappucchino... More

Every time we visit This bakery and pizzeria we have the same consistent attentive service. Great quality of food and we're in and out within half an hour which especially in panama is something very rare. The pizzas are very good and very fair priced. Get your pizza with garlic ... sooo good. They can also make sandwiches for your... More

This is the only place in Santa Catalina that you will be able to get good bread. They also have a great chicken sandwich, cheese and chocolate croissants.

We were staying at Villa Vento Surf hostel, just across the road and had breakfast at lavija both mornings. The service is good and fast; they have a good breakfast menu and their own bread, as it is also a bakery. Run by an Italian couple. I believe they are also a pizza restaurant for lunch and dinner, although we... More

This restaurant was located a few steps from our room at Rolos Cabanas. Very conveniently located at the end of main street where the road stops at the Pacific Ocean. Fresh food at a great price. the shrimp in sauce on rice was my favorite. Outdoor, casual eating,

My recommendation is the Hindu sandwicht which is more spicy and less borign than what you normally get in Panama. Calculate with 5 US $ minimum for a breakfast. Also tried different egg dishes and the cereal breakfast. All okay. Add a croissant if you are not full.
