This is a wonderful, comfortable, family-run place with the friendliest service imaginable. A great mix of locals and (in season) tourists. Superb beer on tap. And fine pub food. During our year in Strontian, we particularly enjoyed the haggis and smoked salmon starters, and the haddock and chips and shrimp scampi, and also the cottage pie and sausages and mash.... More

The location of the hotel is amazing: after the ferry, you just arrive in this end-of-the-world place, with a very warm welcome. Hotel could be more comfy but the view from the bedroom is amazing. Food at the pub was good, with large portions, once again in a very kind atmosphere.

Stayed here last weekend and over our stay was very pleasant. Travelled up from Lancashire mindful the last ferry across was 21:10 otherwise you are faced with another 50 minute drive. The Corran Ferry takes you direct to the door, which is literally 20 metres from the door. Foot passengers are free ,cars are £8 each way. You can leave... More

We enjoyed 3 nights in early January, The highlight being the great quality and presentation of the food. We tried different choices each night and all were great. The breakfast also was really very good and set you up for the day Luke really knows how to cook and he is ably supported by other family members and very friendly... More

Spent 3 nights here in Room 1 - Wild Goat with my mum from 12th to 15th January 2017. It was very quiet at this time of year but we really enjoyed it. The Inn is right opposite the ferry slipway which is the easiest way to reach the hotel (use the Corran Ferry £8.20 for car and passengers each... More

Just back froma superb New Year break at The inn at Ardgour. No frills, good rooms, well equiped and spotlessly clean. Well stocked bar and very reasonable prices. Good honest food, well prepared, presented and served. Staff were brilliant with nothing being any trouble to them. We will return and in the meantime I highly recommend the place. Thanks to... We stayed for a two might break over New Year and couldn't have asked for a better place than this for a relaxed and superbly located hotel. Having travelled up from Glasgow pn the A82 and passing through the beautiful area of Glencoe, The Inn at Ardgour is situated across the waters of Loch Linnhe, where the ferry service is... More

Visited this little hotel on the 25,26th November 2016 with a Groupon deal. After going over to the hotel on the Corran ferry, the hotel is straight in front of you. The rooms are cleaned daily with clean towels. There are tea and coffee in the rooms. The rooms are warm and comfortable. The decor is a little outdated but... More

Food was good - some unusual pub grub like venison stew. Drinks were reasonable. Having traveled from the south east, I was surprised to find Whitstable Bay on tap.
