The owner is very nice person that know good english. We ordered tostad sandwich with avocado, crepes with banana and chocolate ank shake and everything was very very tasty!!! We recommend this place!

Was going to Paw Paw for breakfast but they were not open that early - walked past and the Pancake kingdom gate was open so stepped in and ordered breakfast. Found out later that they do not open officially for another 30 minutes but they...accommodated us in a very friendly manner anyway - what great service. Came here for lunch. Staff are very frienly and a couple have good english. Good menu selection of both sweet and savoury pancakes. You can also get toasted sandwiches and a few other things. Good drink menu and good iced coffee.

A really nice surprise early in the morning! We came here directly after dropping our stuff in the hotel after a long night bus ride from Yangon. The food (2x pancakes, 2x juices, 1x cheese omelette for 13,000 in total) was reasonable priced and REALLY...delicious! There are so many options for the pancakes so you will definitely find the right combination for you! They open officially at 9 AM but it was no problem at 8 AM. We highly recommend this family run place.More
