We booked for 9h30 pm and the place was packed and it was only Wednesday. After standing half an hour outside we were given a terrace table . The place is part of a row of restaurants on a dead end street. All of them are built the same way : all in wood like very old chalets. So may... More

We came here because the rating was so good. Even though we had reservations, we were greeted rather coldly by the main waitress. We recieved a seat at a table on the exterior as requested but it was on a manhole cover so we kept getteing whiffs of what was below...not too appetizing...all other tables were reserved or occupied. The... More

Said that I am not a fan of the French food mostly too heavy I had here one of my best experience. First very good point I finally found some nice french in this village including the restaurant owner which was very kind despite the restaurant being full of people. We didn't enjoy the entrée shellfish farcis but grilled turbot... More

This is a typical oyster port restaurant but with a difference. The fish and shellfish are prepared with originality which makes a lovely change from the classic offerings in other seafood restaurants. Our waitress was very friendly as well as being efficient. The desserts were delicious and homemade. It was a stormy, Saturday evening at the end of February and... More

All of these seafood restaurants in the Bassin are consistently good value with unpretentious fresh seafood. I had the fruits de mer platter which was stupendous, 6 oysters, 6 clams 4 giant langoustines, whelks, mussels, a pot of winkles and one of shrimps, 19 euros!! My wife had fish soup and mussels farsi, the best mussels we have ever tasted.... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The menu is all seafood and fish which is fresh, well presented and unbelievable value. The restaurant is casual, filled with locals and regulars, so you must book. There is an outside terrace which has a clear 'wall' towards the view of the Bassin. The menu has a good choice of seafood and... More
