We made reservations on 11.6.2023 at 13:00 Pure Quality of Food , only 2 dishes for vegans - the most easiest one like a salad or papardelle, prepared very poorly. We had fish as well, half of it we leaved on the plate, was not...fresh … In the builon the carrots were old and acid, like somebody cooked them long time ago and left in the fridge to acidify… Service: waiting for the soup more than 45 minutes, than we received it like help yourself…the rest of the food came very late as well, all chaotic. That was our last visit for sure there. Plenty of better choices around.More

Saddly poor quality of customer service. I don't know Hungarian and they know it. It was easy to guess what they were commenting on about us! That's why I don't recommend this place. Moreover, they CHARGE each customer an additional 10% for customer service. Probably...every client who is not from Hungary :) In another comment, they wrote that they charge 10% for a table reservation. They LIE... I did not make any reservations and there was no any event there. I came from the street. The waiter wouldn't hand me the bill! He held it so tight I would have to rip it off :) I saw total price only :) I left a tip in cash! If I had known that they had such a policy, I would definitely not have left any tip in cash... Especially the quality of service is disappointing! There is no information in menu. The food was good. The portions were fine. We got it quickly. There is probably no traditional Hungarian food. They dont speak english. I would not have written this review if not for these negative comments. The waiter was smiling to us and he was kind. After visit I saw a lot of negative opinions about the service on the internet. Completely different service than in Bratislava or Ausstria just right next door. I will definitely avoid this place.More

Keď sme sa usadili k stolu prechádzal okolo čašník pekne nás pozdravil a otočil sa chrbtom,už vtedy bolo zrejmé že sa mu nepáči že sme si sadli snažila som sa objednať kávu ale on sa otočil chrbtom zdvihol ruku nad hlavu a jeho odpoveď bola ,,cha cha cha ,, ako keby nás vyháňal z podniku. A pri tom stačilo nám povedať že ešte nemajú otvorené. To som sa dozvedela od jeho kolegyni keď so sa snažila objednať kávu a v diaľke som počula ako pán čašník na nás dosť hlučne nadával. 15 rokov som pracovala v tomto odvetví od čašníčky po manažérku reštaurácii a v živote som sa nestretla s takým jednaním k určite sa tam nevrátim a ani neodporúčam nikomu.Pani majiteľka by mala vymeniť pána čašníka lebo nerobí dobré meno reštaurácii...je to veľká škoda lebo všetko ostatné je na úrovni.More
