Went for a few scoops when in town for work. Great pub, very lively for a tuesday night. Really enjoyed the outside seating area. There happened to be live music the evening I was there.

Clean, good decor, traditional but modern, pool and darts. With good company what else could you ask for
This is probably one of the best pubs in Roscrea. It caters for all ages. We had family on vacation and it was a pleasure to meet them and have a chat and some drinks here. One of our party remembered this place when it...was a snug inside with little nooks and crannies all over. It has a lovely fireplace to warm yourself up on a cold night.More
Called in a couple of times while staying in the town. Its a nice pub with friendly staff and locals and we were made to feel welcome if i lived in Roscrea then this would be my local.
Not even sure how we found our way here.We spent a fun day at the races in Tipperary, and we getting lost and needed a place to rest and relieve, after fueling up the gentleman gave us directions here.Stayed a little too long talking with the locals...having a real good time, amazing people .Even though it was dark out when we left they got us to our next stop with no problems.I had forgotten about this place until I had been going over our receipts recently.More

My only time to visit these premises are on the rare occation that i have my relations home.I can nerer say that on any of the two dozen times i've been there did i enjoy the visit. The drink is fine the service is ok...but theres some thing about the place i don't like. Can't quite put my finger on it.Maybe its always full of younger clientel and i'm pushing on. Oh the toilets are always clean. Thats good.More
