Enjoyed three dinners on consecutive nights as hotel guests. Minor grizzle was that we had no choice of table, preordained with our room number, so that was it, though it was comfortable enough.

Guess it's obvious we hated it. French menu du jour at it's very worst. We ordered pork but she brought inedible lumps of lamb in brochettes. Then sneered when we rejected it. "I suppose you want me to change it" she said. Too right. We won't be back.

Nice alfresco dining atmosphere in the courtyard of this quiet little village eatery. Friendly and efficient staff, varied menu, with good range of dishes available including the mandatory cassoulet. We opted for a simple smoked trout starter served on a bed of salad leaves, which whilst simple was more than ample for a first course. For mains we chose the... More

Lovely courtyard garden, this year due to the weather we ate indoors and had another enjoyable dinner. The best foie gras in the area, service, food and value were all great. Would definitely recommend. Would like to stay overnight in the accomation at some stage as it looks lovely.

This restaurant caters for more than merely those who stay at the hotel, and after eating there for a few nights, it is easy to see why. The meals are well prepared, and cheerily served. You should try the Cassoulet for dinner, but have only a light lunch on the day, then go again to try the steaks. There is... More

The cassoulet was hot, delicious and served traditionally. Consistent local good food and friendly and efficient service, usually by Madame, in our 8 meals over 3 years of annual visits to Caunes Minervois. Would recommend La Marbrerie.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Quick and efficient service. Food acceptable. Most things come with French fries like many places you go to in France. Cassoulet was a mammoth portion, very filling

Visited the restaurant last year, we had a great meal consisting of the local cuisine and the regions most "famous" dish, CASSOULET. Teh cassoulet was great, lots of meat and the obligatory sausage in the middle.

The marbrerie is a beautiful garden and setting and the sculptures and detail of the decor is really quite stunning. If we'd just had wine or coffeee and brandy I think we'd have enjoyed it. But we had quite a large party including children and we found the food bland and over-priced.
