Nicely prepared breakfast, tasted lovely, fast service and very friendly staff, just 2minutes drive off the M1 junction for Castlebellingham, good value for money.

Not extravagant menu - just a few fresh and well prepared meals changing by the day. The premises harkens back to olden times with a nice coal fire and some nooks and crannies in the auld thatched cottage. It's a quaint place that my wife and I frequent often. It's the only restaurant lunch in the village, but that's no... More

My wife and I called here on our way down to Wicklow and again on our way back north 2 days later. It's a lovely wee place and very homely. The owner/staff are really friendly and the food is excellent. I can definitely recommend the full Irish breakfast and the scones. It's less than 5 minute's drive from the motorway... More

We stumbled across the tea room and so glad that we stopped. They served the best scones we had the entire month we were in Ireland. Warm, soft, incredibly tasty and our first Irish experience with clotted cream. If you are in the area you must stop. The decorating is cute and homey.

We stopped here on our way into Northern Ireland on route from the Dublin airport. Super cute village, thatched roof cottage. The tea room had a variety of fresh baked goods, tea and coffee. All were very yummy! I had the apple cake with ice cream and it was delicious!

We had a late lunch at Foley's. The food was absolutely wonderful! We were at the end of an 8 day trip, and I had eaten scones all over Ireland. This one was the best. My soup was equally good. My husband had the quiche plate. His meal was just as tasty as mine. The garden area in the back... More

Went for breakfast on a cold January morning with 2 visitors to Ireland. Went in and was greeted by a lovely warm open fire - just what we all needed. Great atmosphere and a good selection of food, all cooked as we waited and warmed up.. We were made feel very welcome and the owner took time to welcome all... More
