Go early (the place opens at 11) to avoid a queue! We went at 11.30 and waited for about half an hr. We tried the unagi in the rice pot, both sauce and salt version. I prefer the sauce version as it brings out the...More

This is a nice two floor restaurant at Asakusa. They have many options. Portions are quiet big. Service is good.
Delicious lunch. We took the 0.8 eel menu. We didn't have to wait, we were seated when we arrived (around 3 pm). The service is ok and there's an English menu.
The eel was excellent. English menu and instructions are provided on how to best enjoy your meal. The salt eel was the highlight! Service was very good and I didn't experience any rudeness from the staff. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I had dinner there. We loved the food quite well. What I did not like was the service. Most of the staff were men. They did not smile or anything and just following manual. I thought they were a bit too unfriendly.
