With family of 6 adults and 2 kids, the venue is very spacious. The experience of tatami and japanese serving is very entertaining. the Kobe is unbelievably tender (melt in your mouth) and delicious

The staff are pleasant enough. The English menu rather non-descriptive. The simpler meals were OK but the sirloin was a disappointment. I asked for the meat to be cooked medium-well, but this was beyond the comprehension of the staff. The meat was served slightly seared...More

Was here for our first trip in Japan. I had saved for two years to come to Japan and for an expensive meal of wagyu beef. I was so disappointed. Ordered the most expensive piece of wagyu and was looking forward to it. This place...More

Even if the restaurant is qui expensive, you can also find some very good dishes at a reasonable price. I had a huge sukiyaki which was extremely well cooked. The restaurant is very nice, I could have a table on tatami just for me.

This was the highlight of our trip. This restaurant was discovered accidentally when we ventured further away, than usual, from the Asakusa Temple. We wanted to visit the nearby kitchen market. The food is not cheap, but worth the money for our immersion to the...More

Ueno, Asakusa
Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old
Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa.
Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit
a variety of different museums and galleries. At
Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the
grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
