Din Tai Fung is known for its xialongbao, and it's totally worth going there for it! Also the shrimp rice and wonton soup are really good. Unfortunately not that many other dim sum dishes.
Din Tai Fung is great, and you cannot go wrong in terms of taste. Personally, however, they should open in more down to earth places, not in Takashimaya. Din Tai Fung should be crowded, lots of noise, and food moving around very fast.
