Went into this sweet little place and although late at night, was served still. They had lots of pies on offer. Hot chocolate was very nice and cherry pie a la mode was yummy. Nice service. Check it out.

Came here for brunch with the family on the last day of out 9-day Japan trip. I ordered the pancakes, which were good (much better than the ones I had in Canada previously, but nowhere as good as those I had in Singapore). The quality of the hot beverages were just average though. Last but not least, we ordered an... More

If you want a quiet air-conditioned, haven then try this clean friendly place. Steaks, hamburgers, spaghetti & savoury pies followed by truly spectacular sweet pies. Blue berry, cherry cheesecake, lemon, almost every pie imaginable. Waiters welcoming & waitresses in cute little outfits. Polite & accommodating. Recommended for couples & families.

Imagine to take an airplane from Milan-ITA around 9am of sunday, landing in Tokyo Haneda-JAP at 6am of monday, take the train to Shinagawa and get there before 7am, to be safe 2 hours before the beginning of an important full day meeting. There was this caffeteria, maybe american style, but very clean with a very polite service, serving classic... More

Terrible service - I was ignored for 10 minutes so I left as the people who are suppose to be all about customer service made an obvious conscious effort to ignore me - that was the second time. The first time the pie was worse than any grocery store pie in Canada and had black burned oil stuck to the... More

Loved Loved the breakfast. The place opens at 8 and we were on time there as we had a train to catch at 9. Breakfast was served on time with nice and hot coffee. Friendly staff as well. The place is right opposite Shinagawa station- you cannot miss it!

My wife and I ate breakfast there this morning. It's located in a mall attached to Tokyo's Shinagawa Prince Hotel, so it was very convenient. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal, and the food was great. I had poached eggs with smoked salmon and Hollandaise sauce. I'd never had that combination before, but it was great.

This is a bakery cafe similar to what you would find in the U.S. I think the food quality is sub-par in Tokyo's standard. Pie supposed to be the restaurant's feature but it wasn't cut nicely (as what other restaurants in Tokyo would do). Price is similar to other western style cafes in Tokyo. It's however, really close to Prince... More

Anna Miller's is a famous restaurant chain from Hawaii. When I used to live in Hawaii I would visit the Aiea location once a month. The food is decent but most famous for their pies. This location Ian right across from Shinagawa station. Nice views. Very clean and and welcoming. Keali'i Reichel's Kawaipunahele playing as I walked in. Ordered the... More

Staying in Shinagawa / Gotanda

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinagawa / Gotanda
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with luxury residential buildings and the scene is constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama park and Togoshi park are great places to see beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa and Ebara are very popular. It's a great place to get in touch with the old Edo atmosphere on a pleasure boat cruising along the canal. The neighboring area around Gotanda station is a study in modern contrasts filled with unique restaurants and a lively nightlife.
