The sushi restaurant at the Decks I planned to visit had a 30 minute wait, I wanted sushi and wasn't particularly hungry, so I came here instead. I was served quickly, seated at the sushi bar. The meal was fine, but in spite of being prepared in front of me (and that is entertaining), it didn't taste specially better than... More

After perusing around Odaiba a bit, we got hungry & stumbled upon this place. It was wonderful sushi -- especially the Ika ("squid"), of which I'm not normally a fan of. The Tamago ("egg") was also really good, and again, I'm not normally a fan of it either. The fish sushi was fresh & very oishii ("tasty"), as well as... More

its located at level 6 of aqua city. The external look of the shop gives a typical Japanese oriental feel. The menu are in Japanese wordings and they do offer English menu with pictures. Most of the guests are solely Japanese. The waitress is able to speak English, Mandarin and Japanese fluently. The restaurant comes in 3 settings, tatami (perhaps... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
