This place has one of the most amazing setting for dinner - its a private Japanese garden surrounded by individual dining rooms. Most of the food served was pretty good, but it is not *that* great. Coming from an Asian country where tofu is pretty common, note that the tofu which they specializes in, is not quite for everyone. I've... More

You are given your own private dining room and your own waitress who brings you all the courses and introduces them in detail. The dining room looks out onto beauty manicured Japanese gardens, which are excellent for photos once you have contacted your meal. The food is delicate and considered, and is prepared with care. A great special-occasion restaurant.

Gorgeous restaurant with a spectacular garden at the foot of Tokyo Tower. As you'd expect the service is flawless and the keiseki lunch set is fantastic value with each of the dishes exquisitely presented. Food is very traditional Japanese with the sashimi and pork being my personal highlights. Advise booking ahead and notifying of any allergies as they were most... More

My friend recommended this hotel to me and we made reservation by a Japanese friend. The setting of this restaurant is quaint. It has a very nice garden. It locates right beneath the Tokyo Tower. After the lunch, we enjoyed very much walking around the garden. If you want to try the restaurant, go for the lunch because the lunch... More

Wonderful place with super friendly staff, amazing food (best tofu I ever had in various variations, joined up with fantastic fish and sashimi - alternatively also beef menu would be available). Great setting with private dining room and dedicated staff, very traditional building and decor, right under Tokyo Tower.

Not too much fond of tofu, yet I have to admit this was quite an experience. Beautiful place, incredible service, a true feeling of ancient Japan. Specialty is based on grilled tofu and it's definitely excellent. At least it tastes, which is not the case of standard tofu. Everything is calm and nicely presented, you just enjoy time and tastes... More

Visited this restaurent, with Japanese friends, it was one of the best expiriences have had. The setting, the small Japanese garden, the private dining rooms, and then the food. Very delisious and very well served, a lot of small dishes.

And that is saying a lot, because this is not our first trip, and we like to eat. The flavors are perfectly blended, the food is delicious, and the service is impeccable. The view of the garden enhanced the experience. Lunch cost about $130 for 2 people and lasted about 2 hours. Portion sizes were perfect. The staff insisted on... More

At least you have to visit this restaurant at least once in your lifetime, it's situates next to Tokyo tower with a beautiful Japanese garden. I've tried the lunch and dinner before and the atmosphere is quite different. For lunch, you can enjoy the garden view very clearly . For dinner, it's more romantic. The food is also nice but... Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
