We dined here for dinner. It's located at the top of the Mandarin Oriental hotel. Small set up, 10 or so seats available. Exceptional service (great English language skills), delicious sushi. Good wine list. Even the dessert was special!

Great Sushi with Personal English explanation for each piece and Sake. View is good but if the food cost a fortune it is not wörth going there for a view, one direction only to skytree. Same view from the restroom but free. Only eight seats, reservation seems needed.

I loved everything about my experience here, honestly surprised I got a reservation because it only sits about 8 people It is located on the 37th Floor or in that ballpark of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, when I first made the call the Host informed me that it was not Japanese/Fusion but Traditional Japanese Sushi/Nagiri which was exactly what I... We stopped by here for lunch during our stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The sushi was delicious. The sushi chefs were very pleasant and helpful, even accommodating vegetarian requests from my partner. The view is outstanding.

$80 USD per person for a set lunch menu (7 pieces). However, people come here to also enjoy the fantastic view of the city. Sushi was very good. Men's bathroom especially has a great view too.

My husband and I ate here the first night we stayed at The Mandarin Oriental. Stellar food. They surprised us with champagne and dessert for our honeymoon. Though it's a pricey, very nice restaurant, it is laid back and intimate. The chefs are fun and the environment is welcoming. We ordered a la carte and it was some of the... More

Recently visited while on vacation in Tokyo. It is a Michelin starred restaurant, so it is expensive, but also worth every penny. Truly incredible set menu meal with individual chef attention and comfortable 'zen' setting. An honestly unforgettable sushi experience. I can highly recommend and will return as soon as I can.

Let me preface this by saying: 1. We are frequent travellers to Japan and have eaten at several 2-3 Michelin starred sushi restaurants in Tokyo (as a comparison on how Sushi Sora places amongst them) 2. We like the Mandarin Oriental. We have stayed there before and dined at their Molecular Bar, which was engaging, fun and a good experience... More

I was staying at the Mandarin and the concierge recommended I try the sushi restaurant. The space is phenomenal, set off from the lobby but it feels very private and there is a zen-like atmosphere. Super quiet, a little japanese rock fountain tinkling water, and of course the panoramic view of the tokyo skyline. The main chef was actually out... More
