Came for the highly acclaimed kobe beef but left utterly and majorly disappointed. You could probably cook better steak at home on your own at 1/4 of the price. Felt like a tourist trap. 10/10 would not recommend anyone to try their kobe. With that...More

Was lucky enough to be taken here by 3 business contacts on the last night of my most recent visit to Tokyo. The restaurant kindly provided me with an English language versi9n of the menu whilst my 3 Japanese colleagues all studies the beautifully handwritten...More

We were a bit confused by the menu, which was in English. It just seemed very odd to us that the regular sirloin was 990 yen and the Kobe beef sirloin was 11,000 yen. We ordered one of each since we were there to try the Kobe....More

It was the first time we had Kobe beef, and we enjoyed it. Friendly and efficient - but not officious - service- one of the staff even put newspaper in my wet shoes to help dry them. It was like mom was there. Upon request,...More

A Japanese style, somewhat dark place with wooden floors that require shoeless entrance. A straightforward English menu with various weights, cuts, and methods of preparation for Kobe beef. Set menus are added value to the high priced main attraction. The food was excellent and memorable....More

Gyuan is located in the Ginza area of Tokyo. We went for dinner at about 5.30pm on a Saturday evening and were lucky to get a table even though we didn't make a reservation in advance. Gyuan had an English menu, which made ordering very...More

Wanting to try Kobe beef while spending the day in Ginza, we found this place. It seems to cater to both tourists and locals and we enjoyed a nice steak. Price is not cheap but that’s to be expected when going for Kobe beef. There...More

Great beef for 15$ and 150$ Kobe steak also. Simple and straight forward menu. Full of locals and some tourists. Mostly cash place.

Wow one of the best meals of my life. I had the Kobe beef set with both sirloin and filet. Everything was perfect from the appetizers to desert. But the real treat was the kobe beef. Best beef I have ever had. It melts in...More

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular

Hi Carbarina, I went without making one. I think it shouldn't take long as they serve the food really fast which means people get out of there fast too. Alternatively, you can call/get your hotel to call them? Cheers!
