Nice pork ribs. Good selection of beer. An enjoyable meal on a cool night. Lots of Japanese twists on some old German favourites.

The beer in Japan is so expensive! We had looked for ages for this place. When we got there it was kitsch. The beer selection wasn't massive. The staff were all dressed up for Halloween though so it seemed liked the staff were having fun! There are much better places to drink craft ales in Tokyo!

A great place to stop for a stein of beer - atmospheric beer hall and interesting interior design. Didn't have food but cant fault the beer!

The ambiance of the restaurant is German decor and offers good Japanese and German food and beer. It's on the Main Street in the Ginza area and definitely a interesting and fun ambiance to enjoy a bite and a beer or two.

The menu is quite limited but looks a little German - soursages and potatoes. Bear tastes great and employees are very friendly. They provide you with an English menu with a few pictures. The Japanese menu has more pictures.

Great place to refuel on an afternoon of shoping at Ginza with good food and cold beer. Friendly staff, affordable, FAST Service and good selection of Japanese brews. Cheers!!!

It was past 1:00 PM when we decided to take a lunch break from shopping at Ginza as some of our family members were already hungry. We scouted for a quick lunch in the vicinity and we found Lion Beer House at 7 Chome, Chuo, Ginza district. At first sight, the restaurant was a little dark. Since the restaurant was... More

Great food- had the pork katsu curry. Great service, very friendly and approachable. And the beer was amazing! Very cold!

Went once for a simple beer. This is the only place in Japan I've had bad service. Do yourself a favor and visit essentially ANY other bar in Japan.

The place looked a little shady at first but it's clean and cold inside. It has a dummy in the upstairs waiting area. We didn't translate why it was there. The food was good. My husband and I shared the Caesar Salad and Beef Katsu. With the salad dressing ,you get to mix the egg in the serving dish. That's... More
