A perfect meal. This was the second time I’ve been here and it was wonderful on both ocasiones. This time, it was all the more special because the bottle of wine we selected was absolutely gorgeous and went very well with our sirloin and lobster...croquettes. We ordered both grilled sirloin and Sirloins were Cheesecake was velvety smooth and one should know that it is hard to find a fabulous cheesecake in Madrid. Our host and garçon was professional and experienced. I thoroughly appreciated their thoughtful attendance. I would hi gilt recommend this authentic classic Spanish restaurant to everyone who visits Spain. A beautiful place and ambiance as well.More

Great atmosphere, service and food variety and quality. I would recomend to try de "cochinillo asado" and the Torrija for desert. Be carefull with quantities, they are generous.

If you like lamb in the oven, like me, this is a place to visit not far from Madrid. You have delicious chistorra as aperitiv, and then indulge yourself with the tenderness of baby lamb......ummmmm

Went here for dinner with some work colleagues - had some of the best pulpo I’ve tasted! Followed by some really great steak!

I have a feeling that I almost grew up in this place. My parents and often clients since before I was born so we always go there. Everything is good here; pork, lamb, ensalada templada... anything you order will be amazing

The environment is something to remember. Very good food with the traditional flavours from north of Madrid. The service is very good as well. Is the best choice in the north of Madrid

I came here with a large group for lunch and had a top notch ribeye steak and most of the others had sea bass which they raved about. The steak was tasty and perfectly cooked medium rare. Better than any steak I had in Florence...on a recent trip.More

We found out about this restaurant because we wanted to find a great place to eat lamb. And indeed the lamb was delicious, so succulent and juicy, one of the best we've ever tasted. All the appetizers were excellent also, the croquetas de jamon, and...the salad. As far as the food goes, everything was great. What was very average was the service. All waiters did not effort to be at least pleasant, and that's rare in Spain. But the head waiter, the one that took our order etc. was really unpleasant. And it took four times to ask for the bill until they brought it!More

Araceli restaurant is not far from my home, but had never gone before. It was recommended as an expensive place, but good. And it was actually a fantastic place, with a great service, a well balanced menu and simply amazing food. Traditional Castilian food prepared...at its best. Croquettes, salads, vegetables, hake, meat, desserts... anything is perfect here and you will never be disappointed. Waiters were also attentive and very professional. The atmosphere was elegant though classic rustic Castilian. And it is pricey (around 50 EUR per person), yes, but you will get a lot of value for your money.More
