Had a lovely meal with over 20 friends and family on Sunday night. The staff where very helpful both when I booked and on the night, the food was first class and I thought good value. It would have been even better with nicer weather to enjoy the setting but can't blame the restaurant for that.

We ate in l'eau Sel one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The waiter was attentive and the seafood we ate was tasty. I particularly enjoyed the fish soup.

This restaurant came highly recommended so we were sadly disappointed with our visit. In a town where most of the restaurants offer an excellent choice of good quality food it is the service that can make the difference. Maybe the waiter was having an off night or perhaps it was towards the end of the season but this restaurant certainly... More

Our hotel recommended here and having been the previous night at Le Coqillou on the port, which they also had recommended and which we thought was excellent, expectations were high. However we were disappointed. The staff were unfriendly and detached and were the worst hosts we encountered in our 13 nights in France. Our food was passable, nothing special, except... More

We were recommended this restaurant by Rob Budden of Meze Maison and were delighted by his choice. We had made a booking and about 30 minutes after we were seated the restaurant was full. My wife who was a vegetarian did not have a choice but they made her a plate of vegetables (essentially the same veggies served with the... More

This was definitely the best meal we had in Meze and excellent value for money. Fillets of red mullet were beautifully cooked and in a tasty sauce. Pleasant staff too.

We enjoyed a very quick meal here. The service was very prompt indeed and the staff were very welcoming. We had squid and duck and both were fine; in our experience the presentation is not the best in the area but the food was tasty and sufficient. It is slightly away from the buzz of the harbour side but it... More

We stopped off in Meze en route between Montpellier and Carcassonne and were pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant overlooking the oyester beds. Our fish was very well cooked and accompanied by fresh salad. Friendly service and a good price.
