I really should not tell you about this place in case I struggle to gt a table even more next time! This is seriously "Awesome" and that covers the Chef's-the waiting staff-the Sommelliere and anyone else involved! Food is exceptional EVERY SINGLE TIME! I can not wait to go again. See you very soon!

We ate here as an early celebration of our golden wedding. We had heard good reports of the restaurant and were not disappointed – the food and service were 5 star. We had the six-course tasting menu which had extra courses one of which was a prawn cracker! the local Chinese will never be the same again after tasting this... More

Going to a Michelin star was always high on my bucket list so when the opportunity arose to try this majestic establishment there was certainly expectations...... It went above and beyond what I was expecting . When you walk into the restaurant you are greeted with a pleasant ambience followed by friendly staff taking you to your seat . Once... More

Expensive - due to large number of staff. Food excellent, but matching wines were oddly selected and poor value, due to small measures. Fish and meat dishes were good, but tiny portions reduced the overall impression. Bread and amuses bouches were very fine. No fish tasting tasting menu offered - although it is on offer in Edinburgh HQ. Great and... More

This turned out to be the best dining experience which I had in Scotland. There really was nothing to fault, from the extremely prompt response to email enquiries, the professional but yet unstuffy service, to the food, which was meticulously prepared and delicious, without being overcomplicated.

I took my husband here for a birthday lunch. Its definitely quite a special experience and would recommend it if your a fan of fine dining, its not really for children in my opinion. So after choosing our food we were quickly served drinks and then delighted to be served an selection of tasters and appetisers before the first course.... More

I enjoyed a superb evening at Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond. 8 courses paired with wines, each course arrived with an explanation of both food and wines including where each had come from. I really enjoyed the way courses were delivered by persons obviously passionate about their trade. The flavours were exquisite. My only regret was not taking a note... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Martin Wishart. We had the six course tasting menu with the matched wine. Everything was absolutely beautiful. One of the best meals we have ever had. The staff are also lovely.

Edinburghs esteemed chef, Martin Wishart, has added a touch of Michelin-starred luxury to the already impressive Cameron House a stylish hotel on the shores of Loch Lomond. Head Chef Stewart Boyles worked with Martin in the kitchen at Restaurant Martin Wishart, so its no surprise that the food here is similarly flawless. The menu features elegant French dishes like roast John Dory forestire with truffle jus; Jerusalem artichoke velout with langoustines; and a lighter-than-air passion fruit souffl. The restaurant itself is light and airy with striped chairs, comfortable banquettes and shades of taupe and plum creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The attentive service, unpretentious atmosphere and thoughtfully chosen wine list complete this unforgettable dining experience.
