As before, a limited menu which changes weekly/daily and if you like what's on, it's going to be good quality. Not really the standard tourist fayre but more Italian in my view. No pizzas though! Not too expensive. Friendly place.

We visited this restaurant a couple of years ago and were keen to return. It is right at the edge of town opposite the desert! The couple who run it are extremely good hosts and cooks and we enjoyed an excellent pasta meal here. I had clams and mushrooms. Yummy. Proper Italian food.

Two lunches eaten here. Both positive. I like the somewhat distant location, away from the town centre on the outskirts, looking south towards a mountainous landscape. Pleasant tiled patio with comfortable chairs. A very charming waitress (husband and wife owners) could not have been more helpful. Daily specials, fresh homemade pasta. Grilled prawns one day, bolognese pasta the next. Both... More

A small and attractively simple Italian restaurant in a somewhat remote corner of an already remote little town. We tried pasta dishes which were all excellent, as good as in Italy, in a non-touristic place. (The touristic ones being the few places where you can really eat bad and spend a lot in that country.) Small but good choice of... More

A small, charming restaurant with home-cooked Italian food. Intimate, friendly atmosphere. Immensely popular and rightly so, particularly in light of the value for money. Very friendly staff.

Very homely. We enjoyed beautiful tagliatelle and ravioli, lovely appetisers. Hard to beat punta dellest. Menu a little limited, which would probably prevent you from going here regularly

Been here 4 times for dinner. The couple that run it are very friendly. The food is the best we have experienced in El Cotillo by miles. Not a large choice of dishes, but top quality well seasoned food. Great house red wine.

I love this little Italian restaurant. To sit outside here with a plate of beautiful pasta and a glass of the delicious red wine must be among my top ten of pleasurable places to be! The service is very very friendly, you feel truly welcome and the menu is a real delight. Can't recommend highly enough.

We have eaten here twice in the last 2 weeks and know it from previous holidays. Our favourite restaurant in the town. The menu is fairly small and dishes a little away from mainstream tourist fayre which is good and the food quality is excellent principally Italian dishes . Food is the Chef/proprietor's passion. A very limited dessert selection just... More
