We stopped here, almost only on the way - in addition to cookies and tea, we also bought souvenirs for the family. Next time we will stay a little longer! Nice staff, very peaceful, wild and fragrant garden.

We went there to pick up some toiletries and decided to have lunch. I had a salad with lightly picked cucumbers, leaves, and a spectacular carrot salad with raisins, all liberally sprinkled with seeds, and the best smoked mackerel of my life. Staff is friendly...and the surroundings lovely.More
We decided to have lunch after visiting the perfumery shop. There were a number of light dishes available; the salad plate with Burren Gold cheese was just perfect. There were several different salad mixes, including a very good carrot salad and a spectacular crushed potato,...scallions, amd parsley salad. The lightly pickled cucumbers worked very well with the cheese. The tea was proper tea, made from loose leaves and quite strong. Service was cheerful and pleasant. Very well worth a visit, and we’ll be back!More
Visited here on a lovely sunny afternoon for a small bite to eat. The tea room was beautifully decorated and full of character with all kinds of drawings from children and plenty of mini games to keep them occupied. The staff here were incredibly lovely...and I was served by a girl named Saoirse who was a delight and couldn’t have been any nicer! We got the soup which was super tasty and fresh and then finished with coffee and a brownie which were also both delicious. I will definitely be back here again to try more of their cakes as there was such a variety it was hard to choose! Lana (the dog) was also very cute and humble.More
There have been much more options for tea or coffee on display than for lunch. But if you're flexible and don't need a big choice, you could also enjoy a hearty & wholesome light lunch at this beautiful place. For sure you can't do anything...wrong for your afternoon tea or coffee. All cakes are very delicious - and so are the homemade herbal infusions.More
We had a chance to dine here while visiting the Perfumery. What a wonderful place. We didn’t need a heavy lunch having had a hearty breakfast that morning. The tea rooms were perfect for what we wanted and that was light refreshments of the highest...quality. We ordered the Irish Cheese Board for €11.50 for my wife and I. We got a slice of chocolate cake for our daughter and I also ordered organic herbal tea for myself. The blend is named after the Burren and is made of local plants. It was amazing and I bought a package to take home. We ate the cheese board outside at one of their tables and it was superlative. We loved every one of the cheeses and delighted in the experience. This place is an amazing refuge in the midst of the seeming emptiness of the Burren.More
We stopped in after hiking in the Burren National Park and found the entire Perfumery complex to be delightful. The first order of business was a pot of tea and some sustenance. My husband and I both had the smoked mackerel, which was fantastic, as...was the brown bread that accompanied it. The tea room is cosy, but bright and comfortable. Well worth the visit!More
Beautiful cakes both traditional -like Victoria's sponge and scones - and modern, brownies and carrot cake-and decorated with wild flowers. Most unusual teas, the soup was tomatoe with their own herbs and the cheeses on the cheeseboard local. Bread is all brown. A lovely place...for a snack but don't bring picky eaters as they will drive you mad as choice of savoury food is very limited-one soup or cheese but they can eat cake!!!More
This is a lovely way to while away a summer afternoon. The tea rooms have both an indoor and an outdoor space - we prefer the outdoor space. Dogs are made welcome with their own water bowl. The teas and coffees are served with enough...for at least two cups per person. Cakes and cookies are divine. Soups and other foods are also served - they looked lovely.More
we had some tea and sat outside. I had the digestive blend, it hinted of mint and my wife had the womens tea. Overall a very nice experience. Didnt try it but some lovely cakes on display too
This is a small cafe with great character. I had the soup and bread which was delicious.....in fact I asked for and got the recipe for the bread. Very pleasant and prompt service. A great place to go to relax and eat good wholesome food.
This tea room was lovely and so worth lingering for a tea and some dessert. Drinks were hot or cold and good was hand baked. Walls were colorful, picnic type tables inside and out with bright tableclothed and flowers from the garden. It was lovely....As a traveler, I love these off the beaten path remote gems.More
After a day driving around the Burren our last port of call was The Burren Perfumery, we bought some products and then went for a welcome cup of tea and cakes. The tea was a herbal tea and tasted lovely just the right thing to...whet your thirst, the cakes were beautiful, we sat out side and enjoyed our tea watching and listening to the birds singing. It is a very beautiful and relaxing place to be, all the food was home made the staff were very friendly and there is ample free parking. A visit to The Burren Organic Tea rooms is a must if you are touring around the Burren.More
Stopped here on the advice of the proprietor of the Sea View House in Doolin. The food was amazing. The service was friendly and quick. The scone was divine. Tomato soup was really good and I don't normally like tomato soup. This is a must...see and I am surprised there aren't more reviews.More
I visited today at the Burren Perfumery cafe. This is probably my tenth visit to this little place, which makes me so proud to be Irish and to provide such a lovely cafe, such great produce, a truly lovely garden and a restful space. I...have never been disappointed with a visit to the Perfumery. Sampled cheese plate, soup, scones, flap jacks, brownie--all on different visits--all super. Its just so great to visit. Peace, tranquility and great food. How can it get better that this. Its also a great spot for the final cuppa on the Carron Loop walk- another great attraction in the area. Will most surely be back and look forward to this treat alwaysMore
