Always a popular choice for lunch. Today the place was really busy however the six of us managed to get a table underneath the outside trellis. Service was friendly and the meals tasty. Recommend

My friends and I recently enjoyed a leisurely breakfast amidst the greenery and wildlife at The Servants Quarters Tea Rooms in Morpeth. It is housed in a large, old, sandstone building which oozes historical charm and also accommodates several other quirky shops. We ate in...More
The cafe is in a pleasant courtyard behind an historic stor in Morpeth's main street. Indoor and outdoor dining. Indoor had a gas heater so we ate indoors. Good breakfast menu, well presented. Very pleasant staff.
As an old river port and a relic from times past, Morpeth is a tourist magnet, especially on weekends. After walking the streets and wandering among the curiosities, we wanted a coffee and snack - but not a big, heavy meal. Friends had told us about...More
Old world charm with old fashioned homestyle cooking. It's like going back to Nan's. This is the type of food I remember from when I was younger, wholesome and real. A great selection of food and drinks with top service to match, you really feel...More
My group of friends had lunch here today and couldn't speak highly enough of the fabulous, friendly service and delicious food (particularly the beer battered chips and my friend had the best chai latte). Definitely a good find whilst exploring Morpeth
We went to the Servants Quarters for lunch on Mother's Day. The place was extremely busy however the staff went out of their way to show us to our table (which we had pre-booked), take our orders and get our meals to us surprisingly quickly....More

Thankyou Lynne098 for your kind review. Our water dragons are a real feature now and they compliment our garden setting. Hope to see you again soon.
This place really needs to learn how to make coffee. Watery and very unpleasant. The scones were like bricks not fresh. Would not recommend or return.More
I think you must have the wrong cafe Krissy B as our scones are made by hand and baked fresh every morning and our coffee is one of the best (if not "the best") according to all of our customers in Morpeth. Our barista is...More
