We got the ferry across to Cacilhas and went for this place which was basically right next to ferry. Busy place, with a bustling atmosphere and great service. The waiter recommended a lovely bottle of red (Esporao) and the covers were simple but very tasty. The cheese (Azeutao) was great and the sardine pate too. I had a grilled bream... More

Just 10m by boat, enjoy the ride to the other side of the river. Lots of seafood to choose at a reasonable price.

We saw the the good reviews for this restaurant and we decided to go. Worst experience ever, we found a fly in our food and the waiter told us to not be worry because the fly is not from kitchen =:-) . They brought us another plate but we did not ask for it. In the end we asked for... More

This seafood restaurant was recommended to us so we took the ferry for the short trip. The service was excellent and the food divine. I had beautiful prawns. Was a great night at this restaurant.

We arrived there because of the good rates from Google, they recommend seafood (crabs) for lunch since this is their specialty but when you order crab they say it is frozen and say that you should order lobster (twice the price), I finally ordered shrimps with rice, it ended up in cork taste shrimps with unflavored rice. My girlfriend got... More

Bad service, bad food. I was there with a group of 18. We had steak and codfish. What a disappointment. The steak meat looked disgusting and so did the rice and fried egg that came with it. The codfish was burned and with raw onions on top. The onions are supposed to be cooked together with olive oil and some... More

This is one of the most famous restaurants for seafood in Cacilhas. Easily reached by 5 minutes ferry boat from Cais do Sodre. Its main courses are mussels, crabs, lobsters and all sort of fishes. Prices tend to be high compared to Lisbon average prices. Around 22- 25 euros per person including beverage. There are some courses very abundant, like... More

At first sight we were thinking 'where the ... did we end up now?'. We had exhausted the options within the centre of Lisbon so we asked the hotel what we should do. The guy behind reception said, take the ferry accross, have lunch at the harbor and then walk up to the statue of Christ for a nice view... More

Try seafood elsewhere but not this one” 1 of 5 stars Pending review We went to this place because of Tripadvisor logo displayed on its door. The staff almost dragged us into the restaurant. We ordered cod fish and tried to compare that with the one we had the night before in another restaurant downtown Lisbon. The cooking is terribly... More

The "Farol" is a century-old restaurant, the oldest in Setubal and is known for good beer and good seafood, from their own aquariums. With a cozy atmosphere and a great ''Tejo'' river and Lisbon's view, it's a great place to be.The name "Farol" came from the lighthouse's existence in Cacilhas who once helped navigation of small boats, called "Cacilheiros".Cacilheiros are an easy transport to lots of people in Lisbon to the other side of the Tagus river. You can combine the great tour with the excelence to be able to lunch or dinner in Cacilhas and taste our fish or seafood.
